Kısaca
Tomurcuk, girdiğiniz kayıtların hiçbirini sunucuya göndermez. Uyku, beslenme, büyüme, anılar, fotoğraflar — hepsi yalnız bu cihazda kalır ve uygulama bunlar için internete çıkmaz.
Sunucuya YALNIZ ÜÇ ŞEY gider ve üçünü de siz başlatırsınız:
1) GİRİŞ. Telefon numaranızı yazdığınızda numaranız ve size gönderilen altı haneli kod doğrulama sunucumuza gider. Kod orada üretilir, çünkü doğrulama cihazda yapılırsa doğrulama olmaz. Numaranız düz hâliyle saklanmaz, yalnız özeti tutulur.
2) TOPLULUK. Toplulukta bir gönderi yazarsanız ya da birine mesaj atarsanız, YAZDIĞINIZ METİN ve görünen adınız sunucuya gider — çünkü başkasının onu görmesi için başka yolu yok. Kayıtlarınız (uyku, beslenme, büyüme, anılar, fotoğraflar) buna DAHİL DEĞİLDİR ve topluluğa asla otomatik yansımaz; ne paylaşacağınıza her seferinde siz karar verirsiniz.
3) SOR VE BUL. Bir soru yazıp gönderdiğinizde YALNIZ SORUNUN METNİ sunucuya gider. Aynı soru daha önce sorulmuşsa hazır cevap döner ve soru hiçbir yere iletilmez; sorulmamışsa cevabı üretmesi için bir yapay zekâ servisine gönderilir. Sorular kimin sorduğuyla eşleştirilerek saklanmaz: cevap havuzunda soru metni durur, hesabınızın yanında yalnız o gün kaç soru sorduğunuzun sayısı durur. Çocuğunuzun adı, kayıtları ve fotoğrafları buna DAHİL DEĞİLDİR — soruya kendiniz yazmadığınız hiçbir bilgi gitmez.
Girişi atlayabilirsiniz; o zaman uygulama hiç internete çıkmaz. Kayıtlar, öneriler, günlük plan, çocuk modu, oyunlar, masallar ve bütün araçlar aynen çalışır. Yalnız TOPLULUK ve SOR VE BUL giriş ister — ikisi de sunucudan geçtiği için başka türlü çalışamaz. Uygulamanın geri kalanı girişsiz tamdır.
Reklam ağı, analitik aracı ve çökme raporlayıcı kullanılmaz. Yapay zekâ YALNIZ Sor ve Bul’da, yalnız sizin yazdığınız soru için çalışır; uygulamanın başka hiçbir yerinde yoktur ve çocuk modunda hiç yoktur. Verileriniz satılmaz, paylaşılmaz, profilleme yapılmaz.
Hangi bilgiler tutulur
Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnız cihazınızda, siz girdiğiniz için tutulur:
- Çocuk bilgileri: ad, doğum tarihi, cinsiyet, varsa kan grubu, alerji ve sağlık notu
- Kayıtlar: uyku, beslenme, bez, büyüme ölçümleri, diş, ateş, ilaç, tuvalet, kelime dağarcığı
- Fotoğraflar: yalnız anı defterine eklediğiniz görseller (cihazda kalır)
- Tercihler: ekran bütçesi, ebeveyn PIN’i, bildirim ayarları, plan durumu
- Hamilelik bilgisi: yalnız girdiyseniz tahmini doğum tarihi ve ilgili kayıtlar
Toplanmayanlar
Bunlar hiçbir koşulda toplanmaz ya da kullanılmaz:
- Konum bilgisi
- Kişi listesi, arama kaydı, mesajlar
- Mikrofon kaydının sunucuya gönderilmesi — kendi sesinizle kaydettiğiniz ninni ve masallar yalnız cihazınızda kalır, yüklenmez ve toplulukta paylaşılamaz
- Arka planda dinleme — mikrofon yalnız kayıt düğmesine bastığınız sürece açılır
- Reklam kimliği, cihaz parmak izi, kullanım analitiği
- Çocuğun sesi, görüntüsü ya da davranışının herhangi bir modele gönderilmesi
İstenen izinler ve nedenleri
Her izin yalnız ilgili özelliği kullandığınızda istenir; reddedebilirsiniz.
- Kamera — yalnız ürün barkodu okutmak için. Görüntü kaydedilmez, işlenmez, gönderilmez.
- Fotoğraflar — yalnız anı defterine seçtiğiniz görseli eklemek için.
- Bildirimler — aşı ve kontrol hatırlatmaları, çocuk modu uyarısı için.
- Dosya erişimi — yedek dosyanızı kaydetmek ve geri yüklemek için.
- Mikrofon — yalnız ebeveyn alanındaki “Anne/baba sesinden” bölümünde, siz kayıt düğmesine bastığınızda. Kayıt cihazda kalır; sunucuya gönderilmez, toplulukta paylaşılamaz ve çocuk modu mikrofona hiç erişmez.
Çocuk verisi
Uygulama 0–6 yaş çocuklar için içerik sunar; hesabı ve verileri yöneten ebeveyndir. Çocuk modunda reklam gösterilmez, satın alma ekranı açılmaz ve dış bağlantı bulunmaz.
Çocuk moduna geçiş ve çıkış ebeveyn PIN’i ile korunabilir. Çocuğa ait hiçbir veri cihaz dışına çıkmaz.
Haklarınız (KVKK m. 11)
Verileriniz cihazınızda olduğu için bu hakları doğrudan uygulama içinden kullanabilirsiniz:
- Erişim ve taşıma: Profil → “Verimi dışa aktar” ile tüm kayıtlarınızı JSON dosyası olarak alırsınız.
- Geri yükleme: Aynı dosyayı başka bir cihazda “Yedekten geri yükle” ile içeri aktarabilirsiniz.
- Yedeği kilitleme: Dışa aktarırken bir parola verirseniz dosya cihazınızda şifrelenir (AES-256-GCM) ve parolasız açılamaz. Parola hiçbir yere gönderilmez ve saklanmaz; unutulursa yedek AÇILAMAZ — kurtarma yolu yoktur.
- Silme: “Tüm veriyi sil” cihazdaki bütün kayıtları kalıcı olarak siler.
- Düzeltme: Her kaydı ilgili ekrandan düzenleyebilir ya da kaldırabilirsiniz.
- Topluluk verisi ayrıdır: “Topluluk verimi indir” ile gönderi ve mesajlarınızı alır, “Topluluk hesabımı sil” ile sunucudaki hesabınızı kaldırırsınız. Cihazdaki kayıtlarınıza dokunulmaz — ikisi bilerek ayrı tutuldu.
- Çıkış: “Çıkış yap” hem bu cihazdaki erişimi hem sunucudaki oturumu kapatır.
Saklama süresi
CİHAZDAKİ KAYITLAR: siz silene ya da uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalır. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda onlar da silinir; bizde kopyası bulunmaz çünkü hiçbir zaman bize ulaşmaz.
TOPLULUK İÇERİĞİ sunucudadır ve orada bir süre kalır. Bir gönderiyi ya da hesabınızı sildiğinizde içerik hemen görünmez olur; sunucudan KALICI olarak 30 gün içinde kaldırılır. Bu gecikmenin tek sebebi moderasyon: bir gönderi bildirildiyse incelenecek kanıtın da anında yok olmaması gerekir.
Hesabınızı sildiğinizde görünen adınız ve telefon özetiniz ANINDA silinir. Aynı numarayla dönerseniz yeni bir hesap açılır; eski hesabınıza bağlanmaz.
Moderasyon bildirimleri 90 gün saklanır — tekrarlayan davranışı görmenin başka yolu yok. Henüz incelenmemiş bir bildirim, ne kadar eski olursa olsun silinmez.
Üçüncü taraflar
Uygulama içinde üçüncü taraf SDK’sı çalışmaz. Yedek dosyanızı kendiniz paylaşırsanız (örneğin e-postayla göndermek), o noktadan sonra ilgili uygulamanın gizlilik koşulları geçerlidir.
Mağaza içi satın alma etkinleştirildiğinde ödeme işlemi Apple ve Google tarafından yürütülür; kart bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz.
Sağlık içeriği hakkında
Uygulamadaki sağlık bilgileri DSÖ, AAP, CDC, AASM ve T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı gibi kurumsal kaynaklara dayanır ve genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Tanı koymaz, ilaç ve doz önermez, hekim muayenesinin yerini tutmaz. Acil durumda 112, zehirlenmede 114 aranır.
Toplulukta neler oluyor
Topluluk isteğe bağlıdır. Katılmazsanız hiçbir şey paylaşılmaz.
Paylaştığınız gönderiyi istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz. Silinen gönderi diğer kullanıcılara kapanır; bir şikâyet konusuysa inceleme bitene kadar kayıtta tutulur, sonra kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Her gönderiyi ve kullanıcıyı bildirebilirsiniz; bildirimler moderasyon kuyruğuna düşer ve tek tek incelenir
- İstediğiniz kişiyi engelleyebilirsiniz: karşılıklı mesajlaşma kapanır ve gönderileri akışınızdan kalkar
- Kural ihlali yapan hesaplar askıya alınır
- Çocuk fotoğrafı paylaşımı bu sürümde KAPALIDIR — yalnız metin paylaşılabilir
- Konum paylaşımı yoktur; kimse sizi haritada göremez
İletişim
Gizlilikle ilgili sorularınız için uygulama mağazasındaki geliştirici iletişim adresini kullanabilirsiniz. Bu metin değiştiğinde sürüm ve tarih güncellenir.
In short
Tomurcuk sends none of the records you enter to a server. Sleep, feeding, growth, memories, photos — all of it stays on this device only, and the app does not go online for any of it.
ONLY THREE THINGS reach a server, and you start all three:
1) SIGN-IN. When you type your phone number, the number and the six-digit code sent to you go to our verification server. The code is produced there, because verification done on the device is not verification. Your number is not stored in plain form; only its hash is kept.
2) COMMUNITY. If you write a post or send someone a message, THE TEXT YOU WROTE and your display name go to the server — there is no other way for someone else to see it. Your records (sleep, feeding, growth, memories, photos) are NOT INCLUDED and never reach the community automatically; you decide what to share, every time.
3) ASK AND FIND. When you send a question, ONLY THE TEXT OF THE QUESTION goes to the server. If the same question was asked before, a ready answer comes back and the question is not forwarded anywhere; if it is new, it is sent to an AI service to produce an answer. Questions are not stored matched to who asked them: the answer pool holds the question text, and next to your account only the number of questions you asked that day. Your child’s name, records and photos are NOT INCLUDED — nothing goes that you did not write into the question yourself.
You can skip signing in; then the app never goes online. Records, suggestions, the daily plan, child mode, games, stories and every tool work exactly the same. Only COMMUNITY and ASK AND FIND require signing in — both go through a server, so they cannot work any other way. The rest of the app is complete without an account.
No ad network, no analytics tool and no crash reporter is used. AI runs ONLY in Ask and Find, only for the question you wrote; it exists nowhere else in the app and not at all in child mode. Your data is not sold, not shared, and no profiling is done.
What is kept
The following is kept only on your device, because you entered it:
- Child details: name, date of birth, sex, blood type if given, allergies and health notes
- Records: sleep, feeding, nappies, growth measurements, teeth, fever, medicine, potty, vocabulary
- Photos: only the images you add to the memory book (they stay on the device)
- Preferences: screen budget, parent PIN, notification settings, plan status
- Pregnancy details: only if you entered them — estimated due date and related records
What is never collected
These are never collected or used under any circumstances:
- Location
- Contacts, call history, messages
- Uploading of microphone recordings — the lullabies and stories you record in your own voice stay on your device, are never uploaded and cannot be shared in the community
- Background listening — the microphone opens only while you hold the record button
- Advertising identifier, device fingerprint, usage analytics
- Sending a child’s voice, image or behaviour to any model
Permissions asked for, and why
Each permission is requested only when you use the related feature; you may refuse.
- Camera — only to scan a product barcode. The image is not stored, processed or sent.
- Photos — only to add an image you choose to the memory book.
- Notifications — for vaccination and check-up reminders and the child mode warning.
- File access — to save and restore your backup file.
- Microphone — only in the “In your own voice” section of the parent area, when you press record. The recording stays on the device; it is not uploaded, cannot be shared in the community, and child mode never touches the microphone.
Children’s data
The app offers content for children aged 0–6; the account and the data are managed by the parent. Child mode shows no ads, opens no purchase screen and contains no external links.
Entering and leaving child mode can be protected with a parent PIN. No data belonging to the child leaves the device.
Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
Because your data is on your device, you can exercise these rights directly inside the app:
- Access and portability: Profile → “Export my data” gives you all your records as a JSON file.
- Restore: you can import the same file on another device with “Restore from backup”.
- Locking the backup: if you set a password when exporting, the file is encrypted on your device (AES-256-GCM) and cannot be opened without it. The password is never sent anywhere and never stored; if you forget it the backup CANNOT be opened — there is no recovery.
- Deletion: “Delete all data” permanently removes every record on the device.
- Correction: you can edit or remove any record from its own screen.
- Community data is separate: “Download my community data” gives you your posts and messages, and “Delete my community account” removes your account on the server. Your records on the device are untouched — the two are kept apart on purpose.
- Sign out: “Sign out” closes both the access on this device and the session on the server.
Retention
RECORDS ON THE DEVICE stay on your device until you delete them or remove the app. When you remove the app they go with it; we hold no copy, because they never reach us.
COMMUNITY CONTENT lives on the server and stays there for a while. When you delete a post or your account, the content becomes invisible immediately; it is PERMANENTLY removed from the server within 30 days. The only reason for that delay is moderation: if a post has been reported, the evidence to be reviewed must not vanish at once.
When you delete your account, your display name and phone hash are deleted IMMEDIATELY. If you return with the same number a new account is created; it is not linked to the old one.
Moderation reports are kept for 90 days — there is no other way to see repeated behaviour. A report that has not yet been reviewed is never deleted, however old it is.
Third parties
No third-party SDK runs inside the app. If you share your backup file yourself (for example by e-mail), the privacy terms of that app apply from that point on.
When in-app purchases are enabled, payment is handled by Apple and Google; your card details never reach us.
About the health content
The health information in the app is based on institutional sources such as the WHO, AAP, CDC, AASM and the Turkish Ministry of Health, and is for general information. It does not diagnose, does not recommend medicines or doses, and does not replace an examination by a doctor. In an emergency call 112; for poisoning call 114 (Türkiye).
What happens in the community
The community is optional. If you do not join, nothing is shared.
You can delete a post you shared at any time. A deleted post is closed to other users; if it is the subject of a complaint it is kept on record until the review ends, and then permanently deleted.
- You can report any post or user; reports enter the moderation queue and are reviewed one by one
- You can block anyone: messaging in both directions closes and their posts leave your feed
- Accounts that break the rules are suspended
- Sharing photos of children is DISABLED in this version — only text can be shared
- There is no location sharing; nobody can see you on a map
Contact
For privacy questions you can use the developer contact address in the app store. When this text changes, the version and date are updated.
